The problem is that the Harry-Met-Sally situation is almost always tragically unbalanced. Most of the time, the two involved parties are not really "best friends." Inevitably, one of the people has been in love with the other from the first day they met, while the other person is either (a) wracked with guilt and pressure, or (b) completely oblivious to the espoused attraction. Every relationship is fundamentally a power struggle, and the individual in power is whoever likes the other person less.

But When Harry Met Sally give the powerless, unrequited lover a reason to live. When this person gets drunk and tells his friends that he's in love with a woman who only sees him as a buddy, they will say, "You're wrong. You're perfect for each other. This is just like When Harry Met Sally! I'm sure she loves you-she just doesn't realize it yet."

so i met a static lullaby last night but didn't actually know who it was for a little while. It didn't happen until the guy i was talking to said "yeah my name is Johnny i play in a static lullaby" and then i got a little starstruck. but never the less it was awesome. i think we started talking about the cali vs. jersey rock scene...huh...end

seeing as i have nothing else to do and steve is sleeping, why not post something. not much has changed really. actually that's kind of a lie a lot has changed. well i visited scott and mike last week so that was a good time. met their friends and everything. penn state was good. we pretty much just chilled and scott by far has the best room i've seen so far. we drove to visit mike and by accident got written up. sorry mike...i still feel bad, but it was a good time anyways. dan is the man. you guys gotta come here sometime soon.

campus is great. i'm holding a 2.66 gpa so that's kind of a bitch but maybe i'll get that up. i met my "step" sister and she's nice. i have yet to meet ross but i'm doing that thanksgiving i think. i remember when i saw al we talked about pledging TKE and that pete is a TKE. i don't think that's the way for me just yet...seeing that they're an unsanctioned frat here, plus i've got a place at the rugby house anyways. oh we lost against columbia but they were huge so no big deal. if anybody wants to visit this weekend we're playing rutgers so that should be a good time.

i don't know, everything is going pretty well. i miss everybody. i miss the hookah circle and this summer but we'll all see each other again soon. ted i'm coming to visit you so we'll talk about that over thanksgiving also. i feel like i haven't talked to a lot of people since we left, but i know that we all have a lot going on anyways. my dad bought a house in rochester so i'll be out of jersey for good i guess in a year or two. he's renting it for the time being and then moving when he retires. i know i have a lot more to say i just can't think of it.

okay well on that note i guess that's it. if anybody wants to come and visit let me know. it's a good time up here, there's usually something going on and if not we'll make something happen. alright i'll see you all soon.

i'm tiered, my feet hurt, i've been getting sick, always really hungry, want to graduate highschool and move on.

C.R.P.P. is playing at MLHS on December 2nd...sometime at night. We're "headlining" i think, and hopefully we'll write five more songs by then. Come see us, and have a good time!

my mom found my college essay and said it was bad...awell her opinion isn't the one that matters anyways.
